Athletics Program

Step 1: Visit HomeCampus.com

• Click for Parents & Students

• Select your state

• Return Users: Log into your existing account from the previous school year.

• New Users: Create an account using a valid parent/guardian email address as the username and generate a password.

Step 2: Select “Start Clearance Here”

• Enter school and confirm school address

• Select year

• Add sport(s)

• Multiple sports? Use “Add New Sport.” Athletes in multiple sports must complete a clearance for each sport.

Step 3: Complete All Required Fields

• Student Information

• Parent/Guardian Information

• Medical History

• Signature Forms

• Upload required files (drag & drop or choose an existing file)

Step 4: Confirmation Message

• Your clearance is ready for review once you reach the Confirmation Message page.

• Please note: The student is not cleared yet. The school must review and approve the student. An email notification will be sent once the clearance is complete.
